The Assistive Technology Research Institute at Misericordia University is a nationally recognized resource to provide information and education in the application of assistive technology and universal design principles to allow individuals with limited function to participate in their personal lives and their communities to the greatest extent possible.communities to the greatest extent possible.
Giving the Non-Verbal a Voice is suitable for professionals, especially those in speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and special education, working with children and adults who have moderate to severe speech impairments. It will also be useful to those who regularly talk to users of AAC, whether on the job or in daily life. This includes educators, caregivers, and family members who communicate face-to-face, over the telephone, or via computer with those who are not able to speak for themselves.

The Conference Price includes your choice of .7 ASHA CEUs or general CEUs and the equivalent Act-48 contact hours.
